1. Process system construction

(1) Organize the compilation of equipment and instruments, public works, safety and environmental protection documents, systems, standards and operating procedures;

(2) Guide the drafting and preparation of documents, standards and operating procedures of the system support department, equipment support department and safety and environmental protection Department, and urge all departments to complete the optimization and revision of systems and processes.

2. Training and assessment

(1) Organize the drafting of relevant training plans and the preparation of training materials for various departments;

(2) Follow up the implementation of training and assessment for employees in each department according to the training plan and training courseware prepared by each department;

(3) Form training and assessment report according to the training and assessment of department staff every month.

3. Project management

(1) Organize the preparation and optimization of systems, processes and standards for technical renovation project management;

(2) Prepare the preliminary technical plan for organizing the management of technical renovation projects; prepare the promotion plan for technical renovation;

(3) Organize and carry out quotation, on-site construction and acceptance of technical renovation projects.

4. External liaison and docking

(1) Responsible for collecting policy documents, announcements and public notices issued by government departments related to safety, fire protection and environmental protection, and timely reporting and conveying them;

(2) Responsible for connecting with relevant competent departments of safety, fire protection, environmental protection and construction, and organizing the welcoming of relevant higher-level inspections.
